Continental transferts : Human, climatic and tectonic forcing

Presentation :

This program concerns the impact and the discrimination of geodynamic, climatic and anthropogenic forcing on the evolution continental areas. In particular it aims at modelling the spatial and temporal evolutions of particle fluxes within continental geosystems and hydrosystems. These fluxes are considered from a source (the slopes of a catchment area) to sink (sedimentary basins) perspective, based on multiproxy studies of soils, sedimentary archives, historical chronicles and present day fluvial dynamic.
